Scope

This policy applies to clip.art, including browsing, search, accounts, generation tools, downloads, credits, packs, animations, and connected publishing features. Other ESY LLC products may have their own privacy terms or product-specific disclosures.

Information we collect

• Account information, such as your email address, authentication session, profile record, credits balance, admin status, and account settings.
• Generation information, such as prompts, selected styles, uploaded or reference files when used, generated images or animations, titles, categories, slugs, and whether a creation is public or private.
• Payment information related to credit and pack purchases, including Stripe checkout metadata, purchase history, amount, currency, and buyer email where needed to deliver a purchase.
• Usage, device, and diagnostics information, including pages viewed, actions taken, browser and device details, approximate location from IP address, server logs, and error reports.

How we use information

• To provide clip.art, including account access, generation, downloads, credits, pack purchases, library features, and support.
• To keep the service safe, enforce usage rules, prevent abuse, debug errors, and improve generation quality and product reliability.
• To understand product usage through analytics and session tools so we can improve pages, flows, performance, and conversion.
• To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, process privacy requests, and protect the rights of users, ESY LLC, and others.

Generated content and visibility

• Signed-in generations may be stored with your account so you can view, download, manage, or reuse them. If you make content public, it may appear in community areas, search, galleries, detail pages, or marketing surfaces.
• Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential material, or content you do not have the right to use in prompts, uploads, or reference files.

Cookies, local storage, and analytics

• We use necessary cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, session handling, and core product features.
• We may use browser storage to remember preferences, draft generation state, free-generation usage, queue state, and dismissed notifications.
• We use or may use analytics and diagnostics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog, and Sentry. These tools help us understand usage, diagnose bugs, and improve the product.
• Where required, we will use consent-management controls for non-essential analytics or tracking technologies.

Service providers

• We share information with service providers that help us run clip.art, including Supabase for database and authentication, Cloudflare R2/CDN for media storage and delivery, Stripe for payments, analytics and diagnostics providers, and generation infrastructure.
• clip.art is migrating generation work to Esy's API. During the migration, some generation requests may still be processed through direct AI provider integrations. Providers process information only as needed to deliver the service and support operations.
• If you connect a social publishing integration, such as YouTube upload, we process OAuth tokens, connected account metadata, upload metadata, and upload history so you can publish content you choose to send.

Your choices and rights

• You can choose whether to make eligible generations public or private where the product offers that control.
• You can disconnect connected social accounts where supported. You may also revoke access directly through the third-party platform.
• Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal information, and to opt out of certain processing.

Children

clip.art may be useful to teachers, parents, and classroom creators, but it is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review the request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as clip.art changes. If changes are material, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice in the product or by other reasonable means.
