Terms of Service

Using clip.art

clip.art lets users browse, generate, download, organize, and publish creative assets such as clip art, coloring pages, illustrations, animations, worksheets, packs, and related materials. You may use the service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

Accounts and eligibility

• You are responsible for your account, login session, and activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and use clip.art only if you can legally agree to these Terms.
• clip.art is not directed to children under 13. If you use clip.art on behalf of an organization, school, or business, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Acceptable use

• Do not use clip.art to create, upload, publish, or share illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, explicit, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Do not submit prompts, uploads, reference images, names, brands, characters, or other materials unless you have the rights needed to use them.
• Do not attempt to bypass safety systems, rate limits, payment systems, access controls, or technical restrictions.
• Do not scrape, resell, or abuse the service in a way that harms clip.art, ESY LLC, other users, or third-party providers.

Your content and generated output

• You keep the rights you already have in prompts, uploads, reference materials, and other content you submit.
• You grant ESY LLC permission to process, store, transmit, display, and use your submitted content and generated outputs as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support clip.art.
• Subject to these Terms, downloaded clip.art assets may be used for personal and commercial projects with no attribution required.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, imperfect, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for a particular legal, commercial, or creative use.
• We do not guarantee that generated output is unique, trademark-safe, copyright-clear, or free from third-party rights claims.

Public and private content

• Some generations may be public by default or may become public if you choose a public visibility option. Public content may appear in galleries, search results, detail pages, packs, examples, or promotional surfaces.
• Private content is intended to be visible only to your account and our service operations, but it may still be processed by infrastructure and service providers needed to deliver clip.art.
• If you make content public, you represent that you have the right to share it publicly and allow others to view or download it through clip.art.

Credits, packs, and payments

• Credits and pack purchases are processed through Stripe or another payment provider we may use in the future.
• Prices, credit amounts, included features, and availability may change over time. We will show current pricing before purchase.
• Credits are a limited license to use eligible clip.art generation features. They are not cash, stored value, or a bank account.
• Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, completed credit purchases and digital pack purchases are non-refundable once delivered or used.
• If a payment, delivery, or crediting issue occurs, contact us and we will review it in good faith.

Third-party services

• clip.art depends on third-party services for authentication, database, storage, payment processing, analytics, diagnostics, generation infrastructure, and optional social publishing.
• If you connect a third-party account, such as YouTube, your use of that integration is also subject to that platform's terms and policies.
• We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, but we choose providers to support the operation and reliability of clip.art.

Copyright and intellectual property

• clip.art, the site design, software, trademarks, logos, and non-user content are owned by ESY LLC or its licensors.
• If you believe content on clip.art infringes your rights, contact us with enough detail for us to review the claim, including the content URL, your contact information, the rights at issue, and a statement that your claim is accurate.

Disclaimers and limits

• clip.art is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every generated asset will meet your expectations.
• To the fullest extent allowed by law, ESY LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
• Our total liability for any claim related to clip.art will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to clip.art in the three months before the claim or 100 USD, except where law requires otherwise.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to clip.art if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service, failed to pay amounts owed, or used the product in a way that could harm ESY LLC, users, or third parties.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as clip.art changes. If updates are material, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice in the product or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
